You can go almost anywhere and then just beat the shit out of people with your bare hands. 20 in body as well, got most of the perks in athletics and am now working on street brawler. Honestly not found any … WebDec 21, 2024 · I've noticed this a lot recently, I assumed it was because my main weapon has an electrical effect and if the electrical effect incapacitates them it's classed as non-lethal.
