WebDec 26, 2016 · Got a Charge 2 for Xmas, went to fitbit com/setup and created account. Tried to pair the Charge 2 to my desktop computer (Windows 10 & Bluetooth 4) but the pairing fails. When I go to Bluetooth it finds the Charge 2 OK and is ready to pair but I get the failure message that the pairing hasn't worked as the device is not discoverable.
