WebOne of the beautiful things about Roguetech is that there is no definitive answer to this question. Every piece of tech is subject to judgement on a case-by-base basis in taking many factors into account. For example: missile launchers. RISC launchers are great for weight, but they take up more space and I think run a little hotter as well as jam. WebSensor lock + Bandit = Lock & shoot - not a bad combination. Sensor lock + Awareness = Utilitarian (runs around and locks things while shooting; no notable synergies, but not a trap either) Sensor lock + Juggernaut = Trap. Lock & punch seems doable, but dangerous without Awareness. 5 traps in 12 combinations. Seems like a lot to me.

I'm still amazed the base game doesn't, and it opens up a world of pain, especially on those forested Highland maps. Initiative is fixed.
