They make you wait behind a long like (20-30 minute line) of regular customers to process Shipt prepaid orders. I shop nationwide, and no one else does that. I left a bad rating for a Shipt representative.

WebShipt’s rating forgiveness used to be reasonably reliable. Lately it’s been terrible. It’s really discouraging to work so hard for $10 order pay, no tip, a less than 5 star rating and no forgiveness. And every order we do gets us closer to deactivation no matter how well we do our job, no matter how much we invest in it.
